Who doesn't love the mellow fragrance of a scented candle or the soft aroma of a drawer refresher. Join the Candle making Workshop at Verdigris and you wil00l make both plus you get a special bonus in this workshop by making 2 relaxing bath tub soak bags in either rose or citrus that you can use to pamper yourself or give as a special gift. This workshop is packed full of scented waxiness, dried florals and lots of fun.
Make a scented soy candle in a beautiful china cup, 2 scented wax tablets decorated with dried floral to put in your drawers and as a bonus 2 relaxing bath tea soak bags. Decoupage
Decorate a few jars, bottles or pots (as many as time allows)these make awesome pen holders, vases, planters or storage etc. If you have special shaped jars/bottles or containers you want to use you can bring them along or use what we have here. Lots of options in this workshop. While having fun you will also learn some cool tips and hints to make your Decoupaging easier. $50 per person Saturday 1st May 11-3
RESIN COLLAGE
Cutting out pieces for collage is relaxing and therapeutic and the finished result is so satisfying. Choose from several design images and papers to cut, arrange, paste and admire before adding a small quote or words of your choice. To top it off you will pour a layer of resin to cover your collage which will make it POP and give it a professional glass like finish. All of this is achieved in 2 hours but because of the drying time of resin you will not be able to take your masterpiece with you on the night but we will arrange getting it to you in a day or two when it is ready. $40 all materials supplied Thursday 8th April 7-9pm or Thursday 13th May
